Our Professional Staff James M. Bond, Board Chairman A former journalist and a Graduate of Illinois State University, Mr. Bond began his long insurance career as an Agent in Orlando Florida in 1972. He managed Nationwide Insurance's Chicago district for four years and then headed up the company's life, health and securities operations for the five south central states. He has since guided the James Bond Agency, Inc. to a $10 million plus operation with six Orlando Metroplex locations. A graduate of the American College, Mr. Bond is a six-time member of Nationwide's prestigious President's Conference. Fred Costello, President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Costello served the aerospace and engineering sector of the economy for 10 years after earning his undergraduate degree in engineering at Manhattan College in 1964. His Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Connecticut led his career to the corporate management path. He was a pioneer in software development, having automated over 4,000 independent insurance agencies throughout the United States for Traveler's Insurance. He is the former CEO of Cortet, Inc., an Orlando-based company that developed medical software for cardiac cath labs. William L. Bond, General Manager A graduate of the Life Underwriting Training Council, Mr. Bond is a veteran of 36 years in the insurance business including long-time stints as Sales Manager for companies in St. Louis and Houston. Eric Adams, Techical Advisor A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Mr. Adams joins the insurance industry as a creative young mind who is currently managing the Winter Park Branch of the James Bond Agency.
